About the role

As a Senior Consultant at Elvenite, you will help our customers create value through data, analytics and decision support.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and turn them into solutions that make a genuine difference and are used in practice. Your work will span the entire journey, from needs analysis and advisory services to data modelling, visualization and the development of modern BI solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their objectives, challenges and needs related to analytics and decision support

• Design and develop BI solutions that create tangible business value

• Work with modern data platforms and contribute to scalable analytics and reporting solutions

• Act as a trusted advisor on BI, data architecture, data quality and the effective use of data across the organization

• Help develop and strengthen our Data Intelligence offering across the Nordic region

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across our areas of expertise to create end-to-end solutions for our customers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with the drive and commitment to help organizations create value through data and analytics. You thrive as an advisor and consultant and have a genuine interest in building long-term customer relationships.

You are comfortable working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Most importantly, you enjoy turning complex challenges into valuable solutions that people genuinely use.

We would like you to have

• Several years of experience as a BI consultant, analytics consultant or in a similar advisory role

• The ability to understand business needs and translate them into data models, analyses and visualizations

• Experience with SQL, Python and data modelling

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik or equivalent

• Experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake

• Fluency in Swedish and English; Norwegian or Finnish would be an advantage

• Experience using AI in your daily work, together with an understanding of how AI capabilities can be integrated into data platforms and architectures. You see AI as an integral part of both how you work and the solutions you create for customers, rather than as a separate track.

Experience in the following areas would also be an advantage:

• Analytics environments closely connected to ERP systems

• Advanced analytics or AI and machine learning

• Manufacturing or retail
