We’re looking for a Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Consultant to join our growing team and work with some of the Nordic region’s leading companies in Food & Beverage, Retail and Fashion.

At Elvenite, you’ll combine deep business knowledge with expertise in Infor M3, working alongside other experienced specialists. You’ll take on significant responsibility, shape solutions and act as a trusted advisor to our customers in complex transformation projects.

Your role

As a Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Consultant, you’ll play a key role in our customer projects and be an important member of the Elvenite team.

We work in project teams, bringing together colleagues with different specialist skills and collaborating closely with our customers’ businesses. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your area while contributing to the overall project and helping both the customer and the team move forward.

Your work may include:

• Analysing complex business needs and developing supply chain processes

• Designing, configuring and implementing solutions in Infor M3

• Optimising processes within areas such as order management, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, planning or production

• Translating business needs into smart, scalable solutions that deliver lasting value

• Leading workshops and advising business stakeholders, process owners and other decision-makers

• Sharing best practices and challenging both us and our customers when you see a better way forward

• Supporting other consultants in the team and sharing your knowledge

As a senior consultant at Elvenite, you’ll put your experience to good use while continuing to develop. What matters to us is more than making M3 work — it’s helping the business perform better through the work we do.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with several years of experience in Infor M3 and Supply Chain who is confident in their role as a consultant.

You understand both the details of the system and the wider business context. You can independently drive progress within your area, build trust with customers and collaborate with other specialists to find the best solution.

We believe you have substantial experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Order management and distribution

• Purchasing

• Warehousing and logistics

• Planning

• Production

• Other related supply chain processes

You have extensive experience with ERP and Infor M3, ideally gained through implementations, major transformation projects or complex business environments.

For us, seniority also means more than technical expertise. We’re looking for someone who shares their knowledge, is willing to challenge established approaches, sees the bigger picture and helps the people around them succeed.

You communicate fluently in English + Finnish if you live in Helsinki and English + Norwegian if you live in Oslo.
